Fun & Tickets doesn't run a shuttle bus for this event (that's why the bus ticket line is listed as not included in the price). Most guests either drive, share a taxi/private transfer with others in their group, or arrange a carpool. If you'd rather not drive after an evening of wine and live music, a taxi or private driver booked for the round trip is the most comfortable option — we're happy to help you estimate timing if you email us before the date.

Your ticket covers the four-course gourmet dinner with paired wines, a welcome cocktail, live instrumental and vocal music during dinner, the main concert, the DJ set and dance area afterwards, general parking, and professional photo/video content emailed to you afterwards. The only things not included are gratuities and transport to the venue. There are no surprise add-ons on the night — if you want the overnight-stay option (Pack B, with room, breakfast and spa access), that's booked separately and clearly priced apart from the base ticket.

Handing in your phone at check-in is a condition of entry — it's the whole point of the experience: no screens, no distractions, just the music and the people around you. It's securely stored and returned at the end. If that makes you uneasy, know that a 24-hour emergency contact number is given to every attendee at check-in, so family can reach the organisers directly if something urgent comes up. And you won't miss the memories either — a professional photographer and filmmaker cover the whole evening and send you the content by email afterwards.

Campus Puente Nuevo is a professional events venue with indoor spaces as well as its outdoor grounds, so a bit of weather isn't something that would cancel the evening. That said, we don't have a published rain-contingency plan for this specific edition on file. If the forecast looks unsettled in the days before your date, drop us an email and we'll confirm the arrangements with the venue directly so you're not guessing on the day.

Yes. The kitchen adapts the four-course menu to allergies, intolerances and dietary preferences (vegetarian, gluten-free, and similar). Just let us know when you book, or reply to your confirmation email with the details, so the kitchen has it on file before the night.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the event starts and get a full refund. Cancellations made after that window, or simply not showing up, aren't refundable — so if your travel plans are still uncertain, it's worth waiting until you're sure before locking in the date.

It's a real part of the format, not just a tagline. After the main concert (around 22:00), the performing artists come down and join the DJ set and dance area with the rest of the guests until around 2:00. It's part of what makes this an intimate evening rather than a stage-and-crowd concert — with a capped 200 guests, you're genuinely in the same room as the performers for the rest of the night.
